Lexington Medical Center Welcomes Nicholas G. Watson, MD to Lexington Family Practice Lake Murray

Lexington Medical Center is pleased to welcome Nicholas G. Watson, MD, to the hospital’s network of care. Dr. Watson is working at Lexington Family Practice Lake Murray.

Dr. Watson graduated summa cum laude from the University of South Carolina in Columbia with a bachelor’s degree in exercise science. He earned his medical degree from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine in Columbia and completed his residency there.

During his residency, Dr. Watson served as a volunteer at Epworth Children’s Home, providing care to the children residing at the facility. He also volunteered at Good Samaritan Clinic in Columbia to care for the underserved Hispanic population in this area.

Dr. Watson is a member of the American Medical Association, the American Academy of Family Physicians and the South Carolina Medical Association. In addition to his professional memberships and volunteer work, he has presented poster and podium cases at the American Medical Society of Sports Medicine annual conference.

Dr. Watson joins the board-certified physicians and physician assistant at Lexington Family Practice Lake Murray to provide comprehensive care for the entire family. In addition to well visits and same-day sick and urgent appointments, the practice offers on-site X-ray services, laboratory services and cardiovascular studies.

He is accepting new patients.
