When someone is having a heart attack, is it better to call 911 for an ambulance or drive the person to the hospital yourself? In a segment on WIS-TV this week, Jamie Jeffcoat of LMC’s Center for Best Practice explained the answer.

Take 5 for Heart Health with Salsa Dancing

All month, Lexington Medical Center has partnered with Midlands businesses to offer free stress relief activities around the Midlands as part of our “Take 5 for Heart Health” campaign. Here are some pictures of a group enjoying a salsa dancing class at Vista Ballroom.
