Eat Your Fruits and Vegetables – But Wash them FIRST!

Many people are concerned about the amount of pesticides farmers use to protect produce and what effect they may have on their health. Although pesticide residue is present on many of the fruits and vegetable you buy, the amount is regulated by the Environmental Protection Agency and are usually well below safety limits.

So, nutrition experts all agree: Eat your fruits and vegetables – but wash them FIRST!
