Heart & Sole 2019

More than 1,300 women raced through downtown Columbia on Saturday, April 20, 2019 for the annual Lexington Medical Center Heart & Sole Women’s Five Miler. The event celebrates women and the power of a healthy lifestyle. It also raises awareness that heart disease is the #1 killer of women.

Photo Finish: Governor’s Cup 2018

More than 800 people participated in the Lexington Medical Center Governor’s Cup on May 18 and 19! Theh event included a one-mile fun run, 5K and half marathon. Launched in 1973, the Lexington Medical Center Governor’s Cup Road Race is one of the oldest, continuously conducted road race events in the Southeast. Introducing the New Heart and Sole Course

Hey girlfriends! The Lexington Medical Center Heart and Sole Women’s Five Miler is less than two weeks away! This year’s race features a new, flatter, faster course without the Gervais Street hill! It also takes runners through some of the most picturesque, historic spots in downtown Columbia.
