Lexington Medical Center Nationally Recognized as a Best Place to Work

Lexington Medical Center has been selected by Modern Healthcare as one of the “Best Places to Work in Healthcare” for 2025. 

This award program identifies and recognizes outstanding employers in the health care industry nationwide. Modern Healthcare partners with Workforce Research Group on the assessment process, which includes an extensive employee survey that evaluates satisfaction, work-life balance, communication, policies and practices, work 50 hospitals in the United States — and the only hospital in South Carolina — named to this prestigious list.
