Lexington Medical Center Welcomes Gregory Lavigne, MD, to Southeastern Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine.
Lexington Medical Center is pleased to welcome Gregory Lavigne, MD, to the hospital’s network of care. Dr. Lavigne has joined David Lee, MD, William Kirkley, MD, and Subhash Patel, MD as a practicing physician at Southeastern Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine, a Lexington Medical Center physician practice.

Dr. Lavigne was previously part of a multi-specialty orthopaedic group and brings valuable experience in adult reconstruction and lower extremity trauma including complex hip and knee revisions, computer-assisted and navigated surgery, fracture care, corrective osteotomy and percutaneous and minimally invasive plating. Dr. Lavigne is board certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery.
Dr. Lavigne graduated from Albany Medical College in Albany, New York in 2000. He completed his residency in orthopaedic surgery in 2005, followed by a fellowship in total joints in 2006, both at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Southeastern Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine offers a variety of orthopaedic services including arthroscopic surgery of upper and lower extremities, partial and total knee replacement, total shoulder and elbow replacement, ACL reconstruction, carpal tunnel release, platelet-rich plasma injections, treatment of arthritis and joint pain and evaluation and treatment of non-surgical back and neck pain.
