Check out the Every Woman Blog!

Did you know? Lexington Medical Center has a second blog, dedicated just to the stories and experiences of Midlands women. On the Every Woman blog, women from all over this region share their stories, recipes, inspiration, hardships, and thoughts about a variety of topics. Women of all ages are a very important part of our LMC family and we are proud to offer this unique online community.

Eight new bloggers were just recently selected to join this group and we know their stories will continue to resonate with the community as the blog has done for the past seven years. The Every Woman blog was created in 2011 and has been viewed more than 327,000 times. Our eight new bloggers, as well as our longtime writers, have many different stories to share. Our bloggers and their topics include:

Lisa Baker is a surgical technologist struggling with the reality that her two parents were diagnosed with dementia.
Marianna Boyce talks about the ups and downs of living with rheumatoid arthritis.
Eliza Boulware is a breast cancer and open-heart surgery survivor, as well as a pastor.
Tina Cameron is a single mom, a cancer nurse at Lexington Medical Center, a volunteer with the Riverbanks Zoo and is going back to school.
June Greenlaw is a University of South Carolina employee and mom to several nearly-adult children.
Kate Morrow is a new mom that struggled with infertility then had twins born three months premature.
Janet Prince is a fifteen-year breast cancer survivor, mother and dedicated volunteer.
