Dr. Bill Moore Receives Volunteer Award

Congratulations to Dr. Bill Moore of Southern Surgical Group on receiving the 2011 Volunteer Clinical Faculty Award from the local Alpha Omega Alpha chapter. Founded in 1902, Alpha Omega Alpha is the national medical honor society dedicated to improving care by recognizing high educational achievement, honoring gifted teaching, encouraging the development of leaders in academia and the community, supporting the ideals of humanism and promoting service to others. The Volunteer Clinical Faculty Award recognizes a community physician each year for their contributions to the education and training of clinical students.
